We are involving in designing, developing and manufacturing wide range of butterfly valves. The products produced have been supplied to water works, air-conditions, fire-fighting, shipbuilding, treatment plants and chemical plants. We serve mainly to the Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia.

Facing the globalization challenge, we are venturing into international arena. Besides maintaining existing local market, we have explored markets into other South East Asia countries as well as Australia. This initiative is supported by our butterfly valves sizes, which ranges from 40mm to 2000mm and our product type include Wafer, U-Section and Double Flange. 

The latest development of our product is triple offset metal-seated butterfly valves. The triple offset features three-way eccentricity and unique elliptical seat geometry ensuring compressive sealing around entire seat and a ‘tight’ bubble free valve. It provides a bi-directional bubble tight shut-off. It ensures the disc seal contacts the body seat only at the final shut-off position without rubbing or galling, providing a torque resilient seal with sufficient wedging to ensure a uniform seal contact. 

Besides butterfly valves, we also deal in other type of valves such as eccentric ball valves (metal seated), flap valves, flat valves, knife gate valves, large sizes gate valves and etc. These valves are mainly supply to industrial sector. As part of our market diversification effort, we currently also venture in power plant and oil and gas valves. 

Our capability has been proven as we also involved in valves refurbishment. Valves refurbishing and repairing for high-value valves are much cost efficient than replacing a new valves. Our experience of repairing including steam globe valves, stainless steel ball valves, safety valves, knife gate valve, plug valves and strainers. We also involved in actuator installation and repairs. 

Product quality is always the primary focus for us. Although thousands of Butterfly valves have been produced so far, quality assurance has become part of our every process step. In year 2000, we have been certified as ISO 9001 company despite of achieving product certification of BS EN 593 or BS5155 one year earlier. Besides this, we also received approvals and certifications from local and international water authorities through our continuous effort.
