When it comes to seal integrity in oil and gas /hydrocarbon
processes, Orbit valves produce well designed products. As
a user in the field, I can attest to the reliability
Of the traditional valve known as the Orbit Valve. Although
others have made similar designs and are probably being used
just as commonly as the Orbit valve today, the original design
of this valve first came off the shelf some 50 years back
by engineers at the Orbit Valve Company in Arkansas.
Orbit valves can be classified as truly fricton free
opening and closing valves
They are quarter turn valves with a peculiar rising stem
and can be used in some of the most demanding applications
such as molecular sieve dryer applications, hot oil applications,
butadiene isolation and many more. The main point in the application
of these valves is their ability to seal off flow . The original
tilt and turn operation eliminates
Seal rubbing , the primary cause of valve failure.
Orbit Valve International Inc. has focused its full resources
on customer satisfaction. Nowadays, Orbit still continues
to provide outstanding products and services through an ongoing
process of Total Quality Management. The company's unique
block valve technology provides valves with unmatched durability,
safety and long-term performance.
